Search is down so looking for a bit of advice from those with clear front indicators.

I'm planning to stick them in with tigerseal which should be fine. I assume that the lenses need to be stuck in , then the holder screwed on only once set to stop it falling out with the weight , correct ?

Will the glue be enough to hold the lens in place while it sets or do I have to find some kind of creative way to hold them in ?

Cheers

ETA: oops this was supposed to be in the Chimaera section, not sure how it got here - Mods can you move for me ?

Mines a later model so that wont work but it looks like I will need to cook up something - maybe just a short piece of wood under the lens to support it while the tigerseal goes off.

Read on here that someone had used stick on door hooks - I'm going to try this method at the weekend.

Stick the hook onto the lens.
Sikaflex the indicator in place.
Attach string to hook, pull tight and tie it off to something solid until Sikaflex has set.
Remove hook from lense.

With mine I managed to wedge the rubber handle of a hammer up against the inside, used silicone as well, no problem.
