Replacement Dash Veneer Options ?

Hi,

My veneer on both parts of the dash needs replacement.

I've seen the very nice wood replacement for £160 but for a £5k car I was hoping for a cheaper option.

I'm guessing people have painted / powdercoated / carbon / alloy covered them ?

Anyone offer a service / got any pics of results

Cost was £14 for colour matched paint, £40 for sundries (wet dry paper, primer and lacquer) and a few weekends.

I also bought a Furniture Clinic leather refurb kit that did the surround as well.

Interior looks brand new - just need to sort carpets...

did this as a quick fix but now like it and think its here to stay



Basically veneer stripped, then polished and lacquered
