Poly are easy to re-fit you don't need a press but i prefer Standard ones and keeping OEM from now on as the roads up my way are far from good so some give makes the world of difference. The usual suspects will be along to shot my opinion down soon no doubt hehe

I did run them in my chim and never thought much of them. My cerb is still on originals after 13 years and they were in good order with no signs of breaking down so it's not like you have to change them often.

Polly are good for diff, arb and so on IMHO.

I'd only replace with poly if the stock bushes are worn, alot of hassle for not alot of gain IMO

The bushes are pretty much shot I think, Car was great when I had the GGP's fitted but beginning to fell like I'm riding on jelly - not really inspiring.
I too am thinking standard bushes, anyone know where? Clever Trevor,Racing Green, Steve Heath only seem to do Poly sets.

I have just polybushed mine all round and very happy with results but at same time replaced the shocks, ball joints, droplinks and track rod ends so no surprise it feels transformed laugh

I wasn't intending on replacing mine as they were fine. But, as I had the suspension arms off I decided I may as well shotblast and re-powder coat them for peace of mind and this proces destroys the rubber in the bush hence fitting new poly's. Quite a satisfying job once you get use to cutting the old ones out.
