Coming over for goodwood

I'm coming over in the end of june to go to goodwood and really want new shocks and a setup.

Can I get this done in one day?
I was thinking GGP, will I be nodding like a dog the rest of my vacation?

Can you recommend a good, reasonable place to do this while I'm over?

They also suggested uprated springs too, which I went with. I can't give a direct comparison with stock as I changed wheels and tyres at the same time, but I have no complaints at all with them.

I'm not quite sure why you'd ever change from the original Billie's used !?!? Surely they're by far the best thing available ? Obviously it's all down to peronal taste though...
