This stuff looks like what's normally on TVRs, the problem would be the glue used to hold it on.

Clever Trevor used to sell this stuff, same as the ebay one. Got some last year and was only about £20 for a square meter. I presume they still sell it.

My heat reflector material is falling off. Any suggestions on what to stick it back with? Spray-on glue? Or is there some special heat-resistant compound that should be used?

sikaflex would do it, just need to find a way to hold it in place for a couple hours while it sets

Just completed this job on mine. The best material i found was from racetech direct[same as original].Fraction of demon tweeks prices. Also had to buy high temp contact adhesive from woolies[£17.00per litre].It takes nearly a litre to cover both surfaces.Hope this helps.
