What's the colour? Dark Green or Dark Blue means less money if you want to sell it. I'd say 11k for a (hopefully) quick private sale. If you're really in need of selling then 10k will move it IMO. There are a lot out there at the moment, and unless yours stands out in a crowd of (Dark Green and Dark Blue) Chimaeras then you need to differentiate ... price is one of the few ways, unfortunately.
As a benchmark, I sold my modded (chipped/big brakes), appealingly coloured (well everyone told me so), very good conditioned N reg'd Chimaera for just over 13k in March.
BTW - I do like Dark Blue/Green, it's just that it is a very common colour on these cars. You'll now tell me yours is orange or yellow or something else interesting!

Mine is a 94L but I wouldn't answer the phone for less than £13.5k - and it's dark blue! but it is a 4.3 and v.low mileage
I think 10.5k is too low and 13.5k is too high, you can get 1997/98 P/R/S reg cars for around 14k now. I'd say about 11.5 to 12k is fair.
