Clutch adjustment

My dad has gone to France in my Chimaera - he's just rung me to say he is finding it difficult to get into gear sometimes and has to put it into neutral and then force it into gear.

It had a new clutch two weeks ago, so its not worn, is there some kind of adjustment that can be made?

Nope There's no adjustment. Could be the carpet has rucked up & is stopping the pedel going down far enough or failing that get him to open the bonnet.
On the inside drivers side wing is a black cover held on with 3 self tappers and/or mastic. under it you will find the clutch master cylinder. check that there is fluid in it. Mine was almost empty! No sign of a leak though????????
