had a flat battery on my chim but i was lucky in that it was in my garage at the time and window was open so i could get in to car ,so i thought if window was shut i would not be able to have got into car to charge up the battery.so thinking that there must be away of charging battery whilst car is locked i made up a fly leads from battery through engine bay and into a cigarette lighter socket flush fitted just behind number plate below the grill out of sight until you look underneath car,hense now i have external charging point on car,so if battery was flat i just plug charger in and in a few minutes enough power to open doors.
