On a more serious side keep us posted how you go with it, i have a Tuscan itch that i may need to scratch one day.
I would be much more interested in an honest and unbiased opinion of how the car , handles, its stability, especially at speed, inclination to tramline and bumpsteer etc compared to the Chimaera.
Also how easy or otherwise it is to maintain and service it yourself. Everyday things like, remove/replace the roof and rear window. When stored in the boot can you fit anything else in?

Chassis condition.......... on early Tuscans it will soon become a problem, if it hasnt already.

The tuscan will have power and speed as plus points but what about everything else

It would be really helpful to have a comparison Tuscan versus Chimaera covering all aspects after you have "lived" with it for a few months.

Thanks Tom.

The Tamora is a better car ,especailly if you like a car which handles well..

Watch this ,it gives an idea what the car can do !Its up there with the T350 and Sag ..Makes the Chimaera and Tuscan look like a donkey !!!

I have been a passenger in a Tamora on a private session on a runway doing standing start 1/4 mile runs. Acceleration was initially impressive but not much more so than a Chimaera, until we hit 3000 revs then fcensoredck me it just took off, very quick indeed. Problem is I.M.O im not to keen on the front, it looks a bit like a frog, but i hate the rear end on a Tamora. The fin at low level on the back is ccensoredap. If you could get the typical chim or griff look with the 2 exhauts, and combine this with a rear underfloor diffuser then the rear would look much better.

I agree.

Sold my first Chimaera when I bought my first Tuscan.
Loved the Tuscan for the screaming acceleration and the madness of it. Didnt enjoy the bills but it needed TLC when I got it. Turned into absolutely amazing machine. I remeber thinking how fantastic it was a few seconds before I hit the tree.
I missed my Chimaera for the character of the V8 and the more classic feel.
Replaced the Tuscan with the Tuscan convertible in the photo as that was partly what I missed from The Chimaera.
Last year was lucky to come across the Chimaera for a very good price and couldn't resist her.
She needs some basic attention.
Its going to be a difficult decision choosing soon.
Love them both for different reasons.

I agree they did not get it quite right with the Tamora but i like the look of the T350 so this is how it should of came out the factory.
