Chaps I am having a bit of an issue my car seems to feel unstable over 30mph it feels like it wants to slide. New tyres went on 3 weeks ago I have uprated suspension on the front but standard on the rear. could this be the problem ?

If the garage did the pressures they'll be way too high...

Check the rear tyre pressures - many tyre places seem to want to stick 32psi in them and they feel squirmy as hell then.

Should be what, 26?

Hold tight I think they are around 32-34 psi so the tyre pressure should be around 24 psi is that correct ?

Anyone want to guess where the punctuation goes? hehe

I'm guessing:

"Should be 24psi all round [but] can go down to 22 on the rear. Your tyres are acting like comedy tyres, bouncing on the rims, try 24psi all round to start with."

Mine came from the dealer with 36 in the rears and the tracking way out after a ball joint and track rod end change. Handling was in the OMG department. Nearly visited the 16 foot drain Backwards the first time I passed 50 mph

Probably pressures as everyone has said, but what tyres are they? Toyo T1R's can take 600 - 800 miles to bed in and wear off the release agent on them. My old chim felt horrid on the right pressures for a good while after swapping to those...

Indeed, mine did not exactly inspire confidence for the first few hindred miles after putting on the new rears (T1 Sport)... it wasn't horrible but it didn't feel especially stable or grippy either.

Mine came back from a specialist after having the ball joints done ... I assumed that the tracking / geometry would have had a basic setup as part of the replacement but no...

Given PH policy I won't say any more on the matter but hope you get on better with them than I did. Have used other brands since.
