New style headlights for Chimaera

I have a 98 chim which some vandal smashed the front headlights in on in a pub car park on the weekend. Now that i have to replace the lights i was wondering whether it was possible to fit the new style faired-in fittings, or whether the shape of the body changed on the later cars.

Any ideas?
