What would you replace it with? I sold mine about four months ago and I miss it terrabily and regret selling it in away! My reason for selling was it was my daily driver and was simply costing me to much to run! Brought a 3.0l z4 in the end lovely car but I would not miss it if I sold it! And I will have another TVR!!
We have exchanged emails about an E39 M5.
Have you thought about a daily hack and keep the TVR for fun or when the weather is good.
I never stop looking at cars but I now have a MB W203 C350 which is proving to be a decent day to day car (its a 7 speed Auto) and is big enough for family duties and resonably quick in a straight line. It also has another years worth of warranty left and hasnt gone wrong.
But, its boring so Im thinking of a Chim next year to use for fun and weekends. My M5 was an amazing car when it worked but I do 12 miles a day and at less than 18mpg it was costly and it never got used enough.
Your Chim seems a lovely car, I just hope you dont regret selling a few months down the line.

Had first couple of dry days in 6 weeks at weekend there and made the most of them, so yes I'm in two minds as the car is running great and the new suspension and steering have transformed the handling.
Luckily I do have a company car for day to day so the chim is only a toy really. Only put it on the classifieds as I had a chance of a cerb at very, very good price but now missed out on that so might take it off the classifieds

Every tim I drive it I think I must be mad selling but then when its stuck in the lock up for weeks on end due to the really crappy Scottish weather I more inclinded to
As well as the emails I have from people interested I do seem to have upset an other seller who tells me I am under valuing the car and is complaining that its making his harder to sell !!!

Did he also complain that yours is Blue and his piss green in colour and life is so unfair. Think he needs to get a grip.
Luckily I have a decent daily runner supplied by my work. As said combination of being pissed off with weather and lack of use to my usual obsession with changing cars has made me think about selling. But the nice thing is I don't have to sell so will happily keep it and continue to improve it if I don't get a decent offer.
