Please help How much should I expect to pay?

Hi all as per my previous post (BROKEN NIPPLE!) it appears that to fix my winscreen washer jets I will have get the dash removed & cut an access hole in bulkhead to gain access etc.!! (Another superb piece of design excellence)
As this appears to be a not so rare occurence can anyone give me an idea of what I should expect to pay to have this work completed. (I intend to upgrade to Leven washer kit at same time which I have ordered after reading positive comments on here)

Mine fell in behind the dash and I lived with it for months (it's not like the washer jets are any good anyway) and when it went in for it's next service I got them sorted then, Joolz fixed mine from the otherside, ie drill a big hole in the bulkhead from the engine side, (I think) this saves you having to take the dash top off, the price was hidden in my bill as most of it would have been labour and about 10p worth of bits but I'd guess about an hour's worth of labour
