I am de catted, ACT Y piece and sleeved and its just too bloody loud! I am used to people looking round at the car but it is now at the stage where people take cover! I had a dog try to attack the car this morning as I rolled (quietly) up to a set of lights (teeth on the front didn't help either). Does anyone in the Berks area want to swap a sleeved exhaust for a standard one?

Possabley...

I'm not too clued up on exhaust bits at the moment, Is it just the sleved bit you want to swap or the whole thing?

Mine is standard at the moment, would like it a little louder but i want to keep the cats.

Umm... very tempting.

I'm in Reading.

How do you change them? looks like you need to weld them up each time?

I'm interested if the others don't take you up. I presume you would swap the complete under car part from the bottom of the y piece?

Nah - I swapped my standard one with ChimV8's sleeved and it took an hour or two to unbolt mine and replace with his - you do really want a pit or a lift though. biggrin

I will speak with Calvin @ Morgans near Hurst. My car is going in on Friday but will be there for a week as I am away if you are up for it?

We're you near Makro on Tuesday? Saw a Chim with dark wheels making good progress. When I say saw I heard it first smile Had to stop and wait while I heard it in the distance. Sounded amazing.
