Handbrake Button

Sorry, late to this. It's worth looking around the passenger footwell for the button, spring and nut.
This happened to me yonks ago with my first Chimaera and I found the parts lying there. It was surprising how many washers (of various sizes) flew off via that spring!
It all re-assembles by simple clock-wise turns and ever since, when I'm sitting at lights, I tend to just twist the button to ensure it's tight.

Thanks for this - I've searched high and low for it but think it may have gone for good. I suspect the threads on it have gone as its not been quite right for a while. Perhaps time to upgrade to a Leven. This happened to me yonks ago with my first Chimaera and I found the parts lying there.
