Dead battery?

I went to start the car the other day and my accumate charger seemed to be working over time ( fan running ) which it only does for a few seconds when I connect it. When I tried to start it I just gor the clicking from the starter motor, so, is it dead?

Batteries last five to six years. How old is yours?

not sure tbh, I've had the car for 3 years so it may be due a new one

Check the battery voltage.

Clicking starter motor on the Chimaera is usually the starter motor wiring / sticking solenoid.

Put the car in 3rd gear and rock it back and forth a bit, then lock and alarm the car. Open it again and try to start it again.
