Help on dashboard LEDs

I am in the process of overhauling my 2000 Chim 500 dashboard.
Inevitably, I have managed the break the two green triangular LED on the ventilation cluster.

Does anybody know where to purchase new ones?

Also, the MIL, turn signal, Ice warning etc... lights are held against the dashboard using a spring washer. I see no other option than breaking those washers to get the lights out. But where can I find replacements? If you have any alternative solution, please let me know.
