Relevent topic..
Ive had Nitrons on my Chim for nearly 10 years IIRC, and its fair to say they've endured a good rinsing over that time.

It so happens that ive been spanner checking the car this week, and was suprised the good condition of the Nitrons after years of abuse - im very impressed, and this is coming from someone who regularly preaches the Old Testament according to Ohlins hehe.

My advice re Nitrons FWIW.. Use them lots ,and get them dirrrty biggrin.

Chilli, do you prefer 50 shades of grey?

And Daz, I'm not going to ask what the strap is used for.
Nice fluffy bedcover though, would make nice Chim seatcovers.

Sorry couldn't resist it, back to the S forum for me...byebye

4 years and mine are still clean, every time I have the wheels off I give them a wipe down... and as I have a different set of wheels for track days and road I get that chance several time a year!

The car is now in at Willow sports cars .jobs being done are

fitting rear poly bushes
fitting shock absorbers and set ride height
four wheel alignment
checking the front wishbones to find out if the front nodding problem is the shock absorbers
checking what is causing the rear to bang.

trying to work out why the steering feels a little odd
replace oil presure sender

Hope it all works out well. Its going to cost but it needs sorting ..
