Looking to get some alterative wiper blades, but obviously need to know where the wiper arms were sourced from. Anyone know?

Thanks,

Steve

Wiper arms are TVR specific (but I think they are something like Allegro arms with a bend put in them ) if your just after blades, pop one off and wander into your local AutoFactors with it and ask for 'one of these please mate'

Whilst this subject is raised.....

What if the wiper assembly needs to be replaced? Mine are marked DYNO, and I've managed to lose the tensioning spring that holds the wiper flush agaisnt the windscreen. Is it possible to simply get a new spring (are they universal?) or do I need to replace the complete arm?

If you can get the other spring off and take it to a 'spring dealer' I imagine it could be replaced, but new arms are about £10 each from your friendly TVR main dealer

thats correct just replaced both mine from HHC £10.60p each IIRC (and they come WITHOUT the spray bars - or even the holes to fit them ) but I didn't mind coz I fitted Leven's lovely new spray block thingys.( about £13 a set inc hose )
