Today I decided to replace the starter cable, this has lead to the gaskets on the manifolds, now I am in the process of removing the pre-cats, funny how one leads one to another.
Those manifold bolts are a fcensoredg impossible with out employing child labour, the one bolt above the starter I had to wind all the way out it took over an hour and every bolt must have been tightened by Dwayne Johnson! How you guys get an allan key in I will never know, so please tell me for the re-assembly.

Need to ask about the colour in the exhaust ports, I have some which are black as the night, some light gray, one very light gray. The ports on the head are a lot darker all except N°5 which is white, is this normal?

I would guess the white cylinder is running very weak. Maybe the injector needs checking or an air leak at the valley gasket.
Replace the manifold bolts with ARP stainless ones. They have a 3/8 AF head and are much easier to get a spanner/socket on. I got mine from ACT

Hi BillC99, I will be replacing the bolts thanks for the note of whom to contact,(I run the car on 98 RON when ever I can), the middle 4 cylinders all seem to be gray, I replaced the valley gasket the beginning of last year with the composite type and pulled all the bolts down tight I even checked them after 3 months to ensure they were tight.
The injectors were clean the same time, flow matched, new filters and pintle fitted. I am worried now on how to fix the problem, may be I need to remove the inlet manifold again and replace the V gasket. , Do you think there could be another issue some where?
