torque settings for water pump and stat

hi guys,

struggling to find the torque wrench values for the water pump and stat housing on the pre-serp, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Tight but not too tight !


On small bolts like those I would rather trust to "feel" than blindly pull away on a torque wrench.

What I would refer to as wrist twist tightness only
