Tyres - alternate sizes and/or where to get?

Need really to replace all 4 tyres on my Chim, whats considered a good reasonable priced tyre and where from? I saw catskill had a stupid good deal on the standard front sizes a few months back but only lasted a few days and i didnt get in there quick enough.

The other question is there any scope in changing from the OE specs and try different sizes for better financial deals?

Im not track daying or anything, just after a nice dry weather road tyre.
