Please help, major alarm woes!!

Evening all, here's hoping someone out there might be in on a Saturday night and that you might be able to help.
Basically here's the story.....
I'm working in a private hospital as the RMO (the doctor looking after the patients when the consultants are away) and I've been here since Friday morning. Whilst it's a lovely view from the windows this also means that the wind comes rushing in and seems to have been setting the alarm off all today and yesterday. Some of the nurses have advised me that the part of the car park that I am in is not the most secure so I decided to try and move the car somewhere by the CCTV cameras. Trouble is I can't get the doors to unlock and when I pressed the door button the alarm has decided to go off. It sounds extremely weak but unfortunately doesn't look like stopping any time soon (till the battery totally dies I guess). I have something of a dilemma on my hands......
1) My shift doesn't finish till Monday morning so even if I did manage to get in and start it I couldn't drive it around anywhere to give the battery some juice.
2)The car is parked underneath the windows of several patients rooms and although the alarm is pretty inaudible at the moment because of the wind if it gets quiet later it will be easily heard and so become a problem.
3)If I do get in and then turn off the alarm if the battery is totally dead will the doors lock or even shut?? (If the solenoid doesn't have the juice to return the spring)
Basically what I'm trying to do is to silence the car and leave it in a locked state till Monday when I can get it sorted properly.
Aaaaargh, anyone got any ideas?? Sorry for waffling on like this but your help would be most appreciated

Sounds to me as if your car battery is totally flat and the alarm is using its backup battery. You can get charge back into your car battery by connecting jump leads to the starter motor feed and finding a good earth for the neutral. Once there's charge there you will be able to open the doors.
AA or RAC will know how. If you're not a member then explain it to a local garage and make sure you tell them they'll have to connect up under the car. Trolley jack will be needed.
