Is there an easy way to fit a front tow point (for normal road use)
so that should a quick recovery ever be needed it can be done without wrecking the bodywork?
Thanks

Service your car properly and you shouldn't need it..... :-)

For track days people fit a short nylon strap tucked into the grill.

You could secure it to the chassis with a cable tie for emergencies.

I may have misunderstood your post.

I thought you knew of the tow point under the car.

My point was that some people fit a short nylon strap to this point as it is awkward to get to.

Another track day question answered, little strap, good idea that. Thanks.

No I didn't know about the loop on the chassis.
Thought there might be one somewhere, but never seen it.
So the answer is to always carry a short strap, to clear the bodywork
Just in case.
Thanks for that.

A nylon flat strap rubbing the underside of the bodywork other then some old tow rope is preferable!
