Hi couple of things I need some help with, firstly ratchet on handbrake is disfunctional lever moves thru normal axis and brakes work but hand brake ratchet wont engage is this an easy fix via centre console or from underneath Id say underneath but not sure, secondly the dash top or crash pad has on the left side approx 18" from the passenger air vent a 10mm stud to fix the dash top down HOW on earth do you get access to get a nut back on it??
Thanks chaps

With your first problem im sure you have to drop the exhaust so you can get at the handbrake lever from underneath. Some one else may come along and tell you for sure.

Second problem is difficult to explain but you get the idea from the pic!
