I seem to have pushed mine throw the dash (it's a bit dicky)
So how are they fixed an what are they off as I should replace when fixing it back to the dash

They *SHOULD* be attached to a metal frame which attaches to a couple of metal brackets on the back of the radio panel but the brackets could well have parted company with the plate. I araldited mine so they're not going anywhere (but can be chipped apart if needed...)

Do we know what there off or where to get them from( basic Black push buttons )

Just looked at the ali one from car builder look good may have to treet the dash to some bling
