Any eBay sale that states "do not contact me through eBay " is a scam as far as I'm concerned
That plus the low buy it now price...

If he has the V5 in his name and his address, he has id proving that he is the person on the V5, and the car is confirmed not stolen by the police, that it is HPI clear I guess you should be safe. Could be cheap because of the intergalactic mileage? And probably a rotten chassis to boot! :-)

he or someone like him had an almost identical advert (new ebayer, no feedback, same price, same non blurb, same do not contact via ebay etc etc all the same) up the other day for a yellow chim, till the ad was removed by ebay themselves.

this screams SCAM SCAM SCAM

Got involved with this kind of advert previous..

They will ask you to pay outside PAYPAL as well.

EBAY only recommend PAYPAL payment,anything else is a scam.
