Oil pressure relief spring

Has anybody changed their relief spring?
I'm looking to do this as part of my preventative maintenance and see if it helps with the crawling oil pressure when cold and after being stood for a while. I was wondering if it had to be tightened in any specific way? Anybody got a picture of one underneath?
My sump gasket has eventually arrived, so as I'm under there, I may as well do it at the same time (put back to later next week now, full of the man flu, feeling rotten
)
