Any ideas, possibly silver to blue.....
Actually, what is the likely cost for a repacement rear window too.
There's a car I quite like the look of in the pics but having had a silver car for years and see so many I was just wondering....

wow thats pricy.

my advice would be to find a good local paint shop - this isnt a job that you need to use a TVR specialist for.

I considered a Chim with paint damage and contacted a local place that ive used with very satisfactory results in the pasts (and gets good reviews on here too) - and my quote was considerably less than the link posted above.

Mine went back to Blackpool for a change from Rosso Pearl to Nightfire Red. Not cheap but a perfect job. Had a new roof fitted next door to complete the refurb.

I agree both S&D and sportmotive are expensive, but thats for good reason, they are some of the best Fibre glass body sprayers in the business, its a tricky job making a good spray job into a imaaculate one, and both these companies are excellent at it. If I was doing this I would want to spent that extra few hundres pounds knowing it was excellent.

I don`t know if anyone has tried removing the door and refitting ! its bloody difficult ,been trying to sort my drivers door for a while .

I now have paint damage caused by me messing with it ,god know what the secret is .

I bet some of the non specialist paint sprayers would have the same problem .

That's good news smile Mine's off to Sportmotive at the end of the month to repair the damage I caused hitting a concrete plinth on a garage forecourt, have the faired in headlight conversion done, and a front end respray woohoo

Ineresting info, as it happens I didn't get the one I was asking about, it sold today at £5500.
Could have done with a new roof and had a few things I would want to change or wasn't keen on but typically, the paintwork, silver, was in pretty good condition and would have been a shame to change....
