John can you put up the details of the original targa seals that D&C trim have given you please, and where you get them? if not from them direct, you have to keep that nice new interior dry my friend John

cheers
Mark
I just called D&C and spoke to Chris who it turned out was one of the guys who built my car! The seals I bought elsewhere are the wrong ones hence why I couldn't figure out how they fitted! D&C posting out the correct targa seal for the princely sum of £12. They couldn't have been more helpful.
How do you know which seals are needed .Is there a different channel on the Targa ..Weird thing is when i shut my door it pushes against the seal, the only way to do it is bring the windows down slightly .
I`m wondering if the seals are the wrong type .

The early versions use a rubber seal that is simply glued to the targa lid. Later versions use a rail and screws that hold the rubber in place.
Mine was sat inside when windows were closed as the rubber had hardened. The new ones are softer, more pliable and slip over the glass.
Hope that helps.

A shameless plug from me for Dave and Chris, top blokes, great work did a fantastic job with Kate's new interior last year. No connection with them, just a happy customer
