You get to know the little quirks of your car ,squeaks, rattles, vibrations etc. On Saturday driving back from Bedford track day ,my Chim started to vibrate at (the legal speed limit of course),which I knew was not the normal feeling. 40,50,60,felt normal to me ,but over that it vibrated from the rear axle area . I took it to Bespoke yesterday and on balancing the rear nearside wheel it was found to be near on square !I cant think of a time when I could have caused this damage and it is only me who,s driven it in the last 4 years apart from road tests when in for service. (not blaming them at all). So I assume it s been like that since I bought the car.New wheel fitted and its a totally different car at all speeds ,smooth smooth smooth.smile

It was probably already like that, and you have lost a balance weight on the track and felt the vibration when cruising home. New wheel, job done.
