Hi Guys,

Can anyone confirm if this is the correct oil filter for a 2000 Chimaera 400?

I went in assuming this was the correct one, but I've read in a few places that the later Serp engines need a smaller filter due to tight space by the chassis rails?

Have I made a boo-boo?!

Just as a heads up for anyone else. The larger filter will fit serp engines, you dont have to have the small one

There are only problems if you fit a sandwich plate for an oil cooler etc which effectively makes the filter longer...

I think you may have read some posts out of context.
