PAS Hose replacment

Doing a bit of an Engine bay tidy up and noticed a split in the HP power Steering hose and a small leak. Ordered a replacement hose kit from JohnyZ, which I’m planning to install this weekend.
Just wondering what the easiest procedure is for draining down and then refilling the PAS system?
