I have a problem with the ignition feed. When the ignition is turned on I have no feed fron the ignition relay. An auto electrition has looked at the fault and seems to think that the fuse box has failed.

We have checked relays all of which are O.K When a feed is jumped a cross the fuse box the engine starts but does not stop when the ignition is switched off.

Any ideas?? Who makes the fuse box? This is a v reg car with the fuse box over the battery

Worth re-checking - had problems with mine - AA man checked it and said it was ok

I re-checked on PHers advice and found that the fuse had fractured (not blown) - this was only evident when I started to undo the bolts

Sounds like your alarm immobliser may have triggered and disabled the supply - likewise have you checked the Inertia Switch ??

From your other queries, you really do need Steve's Bible.

Sorry not much help.
