Today's job was going to be stripping the door down to reposition the window as there is a small gap between the glass and the chrome guide which whistles at 50+ mph when the roof is on.

Speaker and the "easy" bolt off no probs, but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get the top of my forearm through the bloody hole to reach the others. Did they employ small children in Blackpool to do this!!!!

Options now seem to be find a skinny TVR specialist with long arms or never drive with the lid on... Think I will go with the latter!

Hi, You need to have the window in the up position and sit on the floor facing the rear of the car, put your arm through the speaker hole at 45 degrees and "wiggle" you will manage, the secret is to go slowly and not panic/stress yourself as you will get caught up in side the door. There are 4 nuts to get and a ratchet spanner saves a lot of time and replace the nuts with wing nuts if you get the chance.
Good luck and remember to stay calm
Hope this has helped.

Can you give me a link to somewhere I can get one?

Are they expensive?

Do they need much upkeep?

Can they be used to do manifold bolts and the two flexible fuel lines that are hidden by the plenum as well?
