I need to replace a couple of hoses as they're leaking onto the back of the rocker cover and down the back of the engine (see pic). Its the red ones in the pic. They're attached to the two silver pipes on the off-side rocker cover and appear to run behind the engine (I'm assuming to the two steel pipes above the fuse box in the pax footwell?). I thought that they were hoses that supply the heater?

I'm trying to order replacements, however, the chap from Clever Trevor is having difficulty understanding the exact hoses I'm after. I haven't seen them in the flesh (other than attached the car) so cannot gauge length and describe them in any other way than above. Do they have a particular name? Can anybody find examples of new ones on the web so I can point him in the right direction?

Thanks again...

Can we assume that you have already sent him this picture?

Yes!

Edited: I don't know how else to describe them; however, I'm unsure as to which hoses are need to replace them (if you catch my drift?).

Can't see why Clevor Trevor doesn't understand your question, you've made it clear enough what you want.
There is nothing special about these two hoses, they are just straight lengths of standard heater hose. I suggest you take them both out, measure the bore (16mm?), and go to your local motor factor for replacements cut from the roll.
Whilst doing this job it will be a good opportunity to check the fuel hoses which are nearby.
Below is a pic. of the other end of these two hoses.
