80mph. 5 gear. Foot down, and the revs "jump" about 500-1000 and then drop and we're off normally.

Is that the clutch slipping? master Cylinder?

Seems ok pulling away etc.

If it is (car has only done 37,000 miles, not sure if original clutch...

How much, and are there any choices to be made for replacements - there is this on ebay but I have no idea if it is any good, good value etc etc..

What am I looking at for fitted OEM/options?

may have a slight oil leak from box or engine ! worth checking before getting parts ! not much extra work when box is out to change seals

So the good and bad news.

Bad:
Clutch is indeed slipping
Small weep on rocker cover
Ball joint front needs replacing
Small hole in a Gaitor of some sort

Good:
All above being sorted under Fernhurst warranty.

Another clap for the good folks at Fernhurst.

Well the car is back, new clutch fitted. Not really been anywhere yet and the weather is awful, but felt instantly better manoeuvring it back into the garage.

Hoping for some nice weather over the weekend!
