Hia,
I hope you have small childeren or dwarfism as it's a hell of a job - wingnut replacement is definitey the way to go. I ignored this tip and now regret it as the doorcard has to come off again.
Beware also, if your car is a later one (1997 or 1998 onwards I think) there is a 4th bolt/nut right at the back.
Another top tip: do not drop the spanner!!
I think from memory the nuts need a 10mm spanner so they're the ones to get.

Hi do not be put off removing the door cards. This isn't difficult just awkward. It took me about 15 mins the first time and about 10 min the next time.
Once the speaker is out and the window is up, be brave and sitting on the floor, facing backwards insert arm. It feels awkward but once in, there is enough room and do not worry unless you have arms like popeye, your arm will come out. Stretch as far towards the rear of the car just passed the armrest and you will feel the worst bolt sticking out. Then its finger and thumbs. I tied string to my spanner as its easy to drop. Once loose the nut on mine was only finger tight thereafter.
The other two are easier being either side of the speaker hole and much easier. Don't forget the screws around the card and behind the ashtray.
Mine was a 97MY with three bolts
Replace with wingnuts suitable as described above.
