I can't help with sizes but your local Pirtek or similar should have them in stock if you take the pipe along. I'd pick up a couple of new sealing washers while you're there...

I have mine out of the car at the moment. Will take a shot of it later next to a ruler if it helps?

That would be very helpful Chris - I managed to find one in the garage which does fit the thread but would be great to compare it to width and height of your original

Thanks

If it fits the thread and it's the right depth with two banjo washers on it's the right one smile

Not sure if something like this would work:

I needed a banjo bolt as well. Johnny Zuback wasn't able to supply one (his hose kits are excellent by-the-way). Power steering company Kiley Clinton in Birmingham might be able to supply. I would be more worried about the correct thread than anything else, it would be very easy to damage the ali. rack casting.

Seems mine is very similar - the head is a little thinner but the the thread is very similar and width the same.

I'll give it a go!

Thanks again Chris

I will look into this further, but it may be a challenge since Keith (Clevor Trevor) is unsure of where to source.

The actual thread size would be a good start if anyone can measure the thread OD, root diam. and pitch.

The pitch looks like 1.5 x M16 although it is difficult to be certain without physical inspection.

This is a common size used by BMW and Ford

The Cerbera also uses a M16 which looks very similar and this is available from Racetech Direct.
Part number is H0598 Bolt - Banjo For Cerbera PAS Pump priced at just under a tenner.

I think it took an 18mm socket Jonny. Will finish getting those PAS hoses you sent on at some point!
