....you have this nagging doubt after you've left the car to be "improved" that you aren't going to be able to tell any difference ?

Well don't worry about that with Clive's amendments. Pulling out from Colchester train station, suspension was a bit too comfortable, but then we turned on to a roundabout....and it turned beautifully into the corner.

Andy (top bloke from Ford's WRC rally pool who does the dirty stuff) was happy to do anything required, so we stopped and adjusted the dampers (moved up 2 clicks each corner) made a huge difference and off I poddled home. Running 8 Fr and 6 Rr - from a range of 24 - this should be very interesting on a track.

As for the brakes - it has some now (I'll say) - the Brembo's are progressive, leading to anti-gravitational and already pre-bedded-in.

So basically I can kill myself much easier now - you can just leave all braking distances to test your fear factor and then go round the bendy bits anyway.

Yipee - best looking TVR, now best braking and one of best handling. Couldn't be more chuffed.

Ahh, the buy-side. As ever, full of themselves

Certainly fast enough for me sir....and, it's even better, the slower you go.

You can go faster by being able to slow down more quickly.

and by not having to slow down so much in the first place!
