How do I fix it inside the engine bay next to the manifolds? It has been riveted before, but I don't have anything to rivet with! Will Sikaflex or screws work?

Rivet gun is peanuts from local orange/black car store, or get one off eBay. Get selection of rivets for even less and all should be easily sorted.

It will also come in handy when you get half-way through the next awkward job (say, removing the hood) and discover the rivets there.
