After a rolling road session the motor was runnimg lean. The only thing that has been done since the last session was the replacement of the vernier chain. I assume that this timed in correctly, however can't be 100% sure. Would this be a smidge out, would this affect the lean running. Is there anything else I should be looking at.
Any advise greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Baz, I'm running ms2 and have an air temp sensor in the plenum. The connector to the sensor was badly corroded and when we connected the lap top up the air temp was showing -30, causing huge over fuelling. I guess if its sensing incorrect air temp it might also under fuel.... Just a thought....

Check all 14cux components are working as they should, then maybe start looking at fuel pressure

Coolant temp sensor is a key one for mixture on the 14CUX, 'though my experience is they normally run very rich when they go bad...
