Just cleaned the griff after coming back from LeMans and have noticed some nasty scuff-marks on the rear screen.Any ideas on removing them or is a new one required?Any help would be appreciated.

You can buy Renovo Plastic Screen Polish from Frosts (amongst Others)
www.frost.co.uk/acatalog/Index_3_55.html

Had a few scratches/scuffs on mine and the polish worked a treat as does the cleaner.

I use the standard Autoglym Super Resin polish that I use on the bodywork. Seems to work fine on mine.

I find that Mer seems to work pretty well without scratching, which some of the more abrasive polishes can do.

You could also try this :-

www.hindsight.uk.com

I bought some a while back having read some rave reviews, but a combo of crappy weather and no garage or off-street parking means I have yet to try it out!

While we're on with it the Autoglym Fabric Hood cleaner seems pretty good too.

Although it wants to be at £17.99(!!)

Results look good, but look at the price!

Hmm - some of those Hindsight photos have vertical lines running up the middle between good and bad halves - like someone just cut the plastic out with a sharp knife...

I'm sure a bit of talcum-powder or honest dust would help the contrast too, so don't get too excited. I tried the Renovo polish and it was 'OK'/better than nothing, but no miracle.

Before you go out and spend money, just nick the Mr Sheen from the cupboard. Give a healthy spray onto the plastic and polish away. Works a treat!
