On European breakdown cover. Now that the chin has decided it's right rear suspension no longer needs to be attached. In the middle of France. On the second day of our roadtrip. Bugger. Thankfully we were cruising slowly into a town so hopefully little damage has been done. Fingers crossed. First time the cars let md down in over twelve months and 7000 odd miles. Typical!

Provided you don't want the euro cover for a whole year, Vehicle Rescue Direct do it for a number of days starting at £16.75.The AA wanted £150 for up to 10 yr old !!
Yeah it was through my insurance, very impressed with the way they've handled it on the whole. The shock absorber snapped apparently, although I'm waiting for the car to be repatriated to find out the whole story. Had a bit of an issue with the garage in France that it was taken to. To be honest I'm not sure what brand shocks were on the car as they're what was on when I bought it. Going to ask some questions when it comes back tho!!
