My first post on the forum guys so please forgive me if this has been covered before - it no doubt has several times!

I have just bought my 2nd TVR, first being a 74 3000M and now a Chimp. Im trying to find some alloys for it, 17" 5 or 6 spokes and came across these, any one know what they are!? Might look at the Lenso Reizen 17" 6 spokes too in silver but no idea!

Advise and help appreciated.

PS any one in edinburgh who wants to go for a run, please get in touch!

Hi mate
they are Azev A, i have them on mine smile
17" front and rear with smaller tyres on the front.
They don't make 17" any longer so it's a case of finding some ford fitting ones second hand, offset isn't perfect either frown

Thanks for the reply, thats a shame as they look great. Think I might try for a set of these instead. I can find 17" Softlines (diamond cut) either and dont fancy the estorils.

What do you think of these?

The term is "chim", chimp being a derogatory word used only by "griefs"!

Apart from that, good luck with your search, they are a nice choice and suit the car imho!

Looks good! I dont want to ruin the ride by going too big. Think I'll go for the Lenso Reizen wheels after all. They can always be changed if they look S***!!

I find a good way to defuse the derogatory connotations of the word Chimp is to embrace it.

Apparently mine are about 2K.

£200 for an inner rim a couple of months ago due to a pothole!
