Hi guys and girls,

I have accidentally lost my driver side carpet... it got wet, so I hanged it outside.. then my gardener came and threw it into the bin when he was cleaning the garden. He thought it was some sort of rubbish cause it did look bad on the other side. Nevertheless the bin was put outside in the street and collected by the rubbish people and sent to a landfill. That's the story. cry

Now I am left with a headache to find a suitable replacement. I tried normal places and they sell them for up to £370 per set. eBay has one at £15, but it sounds too cheap to be true.. although I imagine there is nothing that should cost as much as the real stuff anyway. The link to eBay one is http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TVR-Chimaera-1993-To-200... They sold 7. Somebody 2 are watching. Do you know/think these are good carpets and would be good replacement? I think the colour should be fine.

If you have any other ideas how to get a carpet there please post smile

I got my drivers and passenger carpets from D & C Trim. They fit and look perfect. They are £45 per side.

Green? I need them dark blue. Also I have bought the ebay ones to see how they are. 23 quid w/postage is not much if they are bad.. and then U might consider green ones. Thank you for the offer!

My off-side floor mat has resided in a cupboard since I bought this car.

When driving, I prefer to have my heels against the more frictional surface of the GRP other than the shiny rubber square of that piece of carpet.
