I have seen a car I am tempted to have a viewing of but cant work out what the colour looks like. In the pics with the advert it looks almost black, so hopefully someone has some different pics.

If anyone has this colour and lives near Bromley and wouldnt mind me having a look, even better....

Thanks in advance

Check out my profile - I have a 2000 Chrimson Starmist Chim 400.
I really love the colour, it seems to change very slightly in the sun through red/maroon/orange.

From what I have heard, the Starmist had Mica in the paint as opposed to Metallic flakes. Metallic flakes are much bigger than the mica flakes, and Mica flakes are golden in colour as opposed to the silver flakes in metallics. The result is a deeper shine, with more of a golden hue reflected.

It was a £450 option over standard paint.

looking at the castle website it's not crimson starmist but Chianti Starmist, much darker almost black with a hint of burgundy
