Phil, next time you need a front end respray at the same time as the car does http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Lupo-Gti-Xenon-Headlight...

perhaps consider having a speed six light conversion done?. Adds about £350 to the cost of just the paint job.....QBee said:

............... the speed six lights do not suit the Chim at all .I.M.OThe faired in headlights on the last of the chims, really suit the car, and when funds allow, i might just have it done..............but then again..................... i like the "standard" lights as they suit the age of the car................................ .....

Its all about personal taste.
The later faired in lights on the mark 2 Tuscan really look the dogs b
ks.....................but thats on a Tuscan.Edited by TJC46 on Wednesday 24th July 20:45
I do like the Lupo lights on a Chim ... I think they keep the original style but add a modern feel to the car, I likened it previously to it being like the car having cataracts removed!
The faired in lights look good too but to me they then just look too much like a Griff to me.
The Tuscan "twin" light conversions can look really nice and modern but I've seen some which have three or four light modules embedded in each side of the nose and they can easily look too busy and reminiscent of the "sentinels" in the Matrix...

I do like the "T350" lights fitted to the Green Chim at the bottom here too...

I'd definitely be up for a "lights weekend" too if that's on the cards ... have two pairs of Lupo headlights in the loft already for this.
Does this mean you will be fitting one set at each end of the car, so you can see where you are going when spinning off backwards?

I told him that he was looking way too high and that he really should be looking at "y" for them and he took it as an offer so I kinda felt obligated to buy 'em ... hence I now have two sets.
