It is 90 cm long, and about 6-8 cm wide. You can get them from the regular TVR parts suppliers for about £20-40.
TVR power sell the steel ones as in the above pic for £30 plus.
Clever Trevor sells this

Part No U0890
Front lip spoiler manufactured in GRP, fits Griffith and Chimaera, often gets damaged or ripped off over rough ground
£20.34 (including VAT)
IMHO, the stainless ones stand a better chance of surviving an incident with a speed hump

Splitter size ? I didn't think it mattered, as long as it works. My Chim didn't have one when I got the car. I had the old bonnet flapping problem ,so I fitted a Lino Edge door threshold. It doesn't drop down very far but it certainly works, and it didn't cost anywhere near £20 . You can get one from a carpet shop.

Size isn't critical so long as it disrupts the airflow around the bottom of the car. This gives some ideas
