car stereo wires

Just replacing my stereo. Pulled the old one out (which didn't work) and clearly someones messed with the wires in the past, and the loom on the new stereo does not match up with all the pins on the connectors.

Can any tell me which wire is which? Obviously I can identify the speaker wires but iirc there was also red (live I presume), black (earth I presume), red/white (?), and 2 green (?).
